MGM Resorts International is a well-known gambling and entertainment company out of the USA. It is a holding company that was incorporated on 29th January, 1966. Wynn Resorts is a gaming company that develops high end casinos and gaming resorts in the USA. This public corporation is based in Paradise, Nevada and was founded in 2002 by Steve Wynn, the former Chairman and CEO of Mirage Resorts.
